Located at the same spot where Mauricio de Nassau, governor during Dutch invasion and hired by India Oriental Company, lifted Palace of Friburgo, in 1642 – also knows as Towers palace – and the first zoobotanic garden in Brazil. According to the legend, Saint Exupéry had gotten inspiration from this tree for one of the chapters of his book The Little Prince.
