Do Carmo Basilica
Built between 1687 and 1767, it is today one of the most representative baroque churches in the state. It is sought by devotees every day in the crowded masses and names of July congregates crowds who go to the temple to pay promises, with apex on the 16th, municipal holiday, day of the patroness of Recife.
