House of Pernambuco Government, built by Boa Vista Count (Francisco do Rego Barros), between 1841 and 1843, in Neoclassic style, the building was extended, in 1922, to Ecletic style. The Palace is known as Field of Princess after a visit paid for the Royal Family, in 1859. It has got beautiful furniture inside, work of art and gardens by landscapist Burle Marx.
