This area of the city holds true architectural treasures, inheritance of the occupation of merchants and aristocrats of the sugar civilization. Beginning in the neighborhood of Jaqueira, the local park is a great option for hiking, picnicking, outdoor activity, as it has a lot of green areas, cafes, restaurants and bars in the surroundings that give life and joy to the streets and squares. In the Park, a baroque chapel draws attention to the preciousness inside.
