Nossa Senhora do Rosário dos Homens pretos do Recife Church
Built between the years 1662 and 1667, in the D Afonso VI, king of Portugal. In 1739 it had its frontispiece ruined and it was recovered only from 1777. It witnessed the coronations of Congo kings and Recife’s Maracatus Queens.
Open: Monday to Friday from 09am to 16pm.
