Dutch building from 1630. Due to is pentagonal structure, it is also knowns as “Cinco Pontas”. Is was rebuilt in stone in 1667, getting 4 bulwarks. It Houses the City Museum. The collection is made of pictures, maps and archeological fragments which represent urban historical evoluton in Recife from the XVII century to the present.
