Nossa Senhora da Conceição Sanctuary
Due to the urban development of the place, the Conceição Hill area was split up to create the new Nossa Senhora da Conceição do Morro Parish, inaugurated on December 8, 1974. The following year, the parish was renamed Morro da Conceição Motherchurch. Today the Sanctuary is presented in a modern way, all covered with glass walls, allowing the vision of the image of the Immaculate Virgin from inside and outside the church.
