Bercy Village – Crepes and Salads

The Bercy Village – Crepes and Salads had its pilot project started on the Pernambuco southern coast, more precisely on the Maracaípe beach, under the initial name of La Plage – from the French, “the beach”. The change in name is due to the need for modernization and high flights achieved by the group, in addition to the prospect of opening franchised stores throughout Brazil.

The menu prepared by Chef Joca Pontes, who also runs the restaurants Ponte Nova and Villa – Bistro Cuisine, seeks a healthier concept, using fresh ingredients, with their sauces and vinaigrettes made in the restaurant itself.

The restaurant consists of three units strategically distributed in the Recife Metropolitan Region – Parnamirim (Encanamento Road, 341 – Parnamirim), Boa Viagem (120. Professor Rui Batista Street, – Boa Viagem) and Aflitos – and in 2015 started the delivery operation.

In the Comer e Beber edition 2012/2013, was chosen by the Veja Recife readers as The city best crepe.
