With the sound of frevo, maracatu, afoxé, samba, pop and so many other rhythms that characterize the unique diversity of Brazilian culture, Recife consolidates itself as the capital of Carnival in the Country. For more than a month, the city celebrates the Carnival Cycle reverencing its cultural traditions without ceasing to look at the new. There are more than two thousand presentations distributed in dozens of carnival poles. Part of them is dedicated to children and diversity. Recife also has corridors of parties and more than 20 community poles, which takes the party near the house of its residents.
